Training activities, which led experimenting Municipalities and the departments of the Provincial Administration to the elaboration of sample green calls for tender, started in February 2004.

The sample green calls for tender concern:
supplies of:
- paper
- compost containers
- primary school recreational furniture
- light bulbs for school buildings
- printers’ rental
works of:
- road maintenance
- road planning
- road paving
services of:
- school catering
- management of the municipal swimming pool
- public green areas maintenance
- cleaning of municipal buildings
- cleaning of provincial buildings
